Performing Arts Center Building Entrance Policy

We hope you enjoy your visit to the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center. Please observe the policies below and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Prohibited Items

Smoking Area

The Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center at City Springs is a Smoke Free Campus.

Lost and Found

All found items are turned into the Security Office.

Call 770-206-2063 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Camera Policy

Restrictions on the use of still cameras vary by event.  The event promoter or artist dictates whether still cameras are allowed.  Please call in advance to get additional camera-policy information prior to a specific show at 770-206-2063.  Video and recording equipment of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy

The Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center at City Springs is a facility owned by the City of Sandy Springs Public Facilities Authority and leased and operated by the City of Sandy Springs, Georgia (the City of Sandy Springs Public Facilities Authority, the City of Sandy Springs, Georgia, and the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center are collectively referenced in this Privacy Statement as the “Performing Arts Center”). The Performing Arts Center respects your right to privacy and the protection of your personal information. “Personal information” includes, but is not limited to: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card information. The Performing Arts Center does not sell any personal information. The intent of this Privacy Statement is to inform users of our internet sites, including, on how the sites collect, store, and use personal information submitted via the site.

Applicable Law

The Performing Arts Center is a governmental agency within the meaning of O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70, and all information provided to the Performing Arts Center for use in compiling or maintaining any record or document is subject to the Georgia Open Records Law found at O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70, et al, which may require public disclosure. The Open Records Law allows the City to protect certain personal information when revealed in certain records or in certain instances, including without limitation, an individual’s social security number, mother’s birth name, credit card information, debit card information, bank account information, account number, financial data or information, personal email or cell phone number, day and month of birth, etc. To the extent allowable by law, the Performing Arts Center will not share your personal information with any third party except as provided herein. If you have any questions regarding what information is exempt under the Open Records Law, please consult O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70, et al.

Collection of Information

No software or hardware techniques are employed to capture a visitor’s e-mail address without their knowledge. Certain applications on our websites may require users to register or to provide personal information in order to make a commerce transaction, to enter a contest, or to subscribe to a newsletter. Such personal information may be shared with third party organizations (these third parties may include regional arts and cultural organizations, producers, promoters, presenters, or artists) to provide a service to you as well as to assist these organizations in growing attendance. To better enable us to service our patrons, the websites may be used as a survey tool to request demographic information. Entry of such information is optional and if you choose not to enter such information, you can successfully use these applications. If we request demographic information, we will only share it with third parties in aggregate form.

Mailing Lists

If you provide your e-mail address, the Performing Arts Center may contact you periodically with special offers, updated information and new services. Any e-mails sent to you by the Performing Arts Center will offer you the option to be removed from the e-mail mailing list. Selected applications on our website allow visitors to subscribe to our e-mail newsletter by providing their name and e-mail address. If you provide the Performing Arts Center with your e-mail, mailing address or telephone number, the Performing Arts Center may use this information to alert you to updated information and new services. If you wish to be removed from these mailing lists, you may unsubscribe at any time. 

Information to Third Parties

The Performing Arts Center may occasionally present a special contest or promotion on its website that is sponsored by another company. To qualify for entry, we may ask you to provide personal information. If we plan to share that information with the sponsor(s), we will provide a statement to that effect.

Security Used

The Performing Arts Center stores all user information in secure databases protected via a variety of access controls. Access controls include: password protection, electronic firewalls and data encryption. SSL encryption is used to protect all personal and financial information, and credit card information is not stored on a Web-enabled server. This data is accessed only for purposes specified in this privacy policy.

Financial Information

The Performing Arts Center will protect any personal financial information that you share with us to the extent allowable by law. If you make a purchase on-line, we will use your credit card number only to process your payment and will not use it for marketing purposes. For reasons of security, credit card information is not stored on our Web Server. We will retain order information for our records, but this information is never shared with third parties except as required by law.


Our sites include links to third party websites whose privacy policies we do not control. Once you leave our servers (you can confirm where you are by checking the URL in the location bar on your browser), use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are visiting. The Performing Arts Center is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of third party websites.


Certain applications on the Performing Arts Center website invoke a standard feature found in browser software called a “cookie.” We use cookies to track the progress of e-commerce transactions and to allow site users to move from one page to the next without having to re-enter personal order information. Except where otherwise required by applicable law, we do not share information transferred through cookies with third parties.


We do not solicit personal information from children. Sites specifically geared toward children will not request any personal or contact information.
