Performing Arts Center Building Entrance Policy

We hope you enjoy your visit to the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center. Please observe the policies below and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Weapons, to include firearms and knives
Illegal drugs
Outside food and beverage of any kind
Bottles, cans and/or coolers of any kind
Audio or recording equipment of any kind
Laser pointers, aerosol cans and noise makers
Backpacks or any bag over 12" x 6" x 12"
Helium balloons

Smoking Area

The Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center at City Springs is a Smoke Free Campus.

Lost and Found

All found items are turned into the Security Office.

Call 770-206-2063 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Camera Policy

Restrictions on the use of still cameras vary by event. The event promoter or artist dictates whether still cameras are allowed. Please call in advance to get additional camera-policy information prior to a specific show at 770-206-2063. Video and recording equipment of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Refunds and Exchanges

The Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center Box Office does not permit refunds. Exceptions may include: cancellation of performance, weather or natural disaster that closes the facility or prevents operations, or other extraordinary and unforeseen circumstances. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance if there is another showtime with availability (an example would be a matinee to an evening show}. This must be done before the show begins. Tickets may not be exchanged to a different title.

If a patron cannot attend a performance, they have the option to return their ticket to the Box Office and receive a credit for a future performance in the amount paid for their current ticket(s). This credit will be held in their Box Office account from the time of return until the following May.
