City Green Live: Shovels & Rope

City Green Live is a high-energy concert experience, featuring nationally touring artists. Invite your friends, grab a drink, and enjoy live music under the stars!
Carving out a niche in the music world with strong roots/indie/folk/rock-inspired efforts like 2012’s O Be Joyful, 2014’s Swimmin’ Time, and 2016’s Little Seeds, as well as their powerful live shows, far-reaching tours, and TV and festival appearances, Shovels & Rope have earned the right to follow their own muse.
Little Hopes starts the music at 7:30 p.m.!

- 8:30 p.m. - Shovels & Rope
- Lawn seating is FREE and open to everyone.

- Food Trucks will be on site - Gyro Chef, Island Chef Cafe, Spice the Americas, and King of Pops.

- City Springs parking deck - 1 Galambos Way, 30328 (Accessible from either Mt. Vernon Highway or Sandy Springs Circle)
- ADA Parking is available in the City Springs parking deck and the south surface lot, accessible from Mt. Vernon Highway.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
- Public restrooms are available in the small brick building, located next to the splashpad on Mt. Vernon Hwy. Additional restrooms are available in City Hall.
- Blankets and lawn chairs (preferably low-backed chairs) are allowed.
- Please do not move existing bistro tables and chairs on the plaza.
- No outside tables, no tents.
- No smoking or vaping.
- No pets on the City Green. Service animals are permitted.
ROAD CLOSURES
- Blue Stone Rd. (from Galambos Way to Mount Vernon Hwy) will be closed Friday, April 26 until 10:00 p.m.
- Mount Vernon Hwy (from Blue Stone Rd to Galambos Way) will be closed on Friday, April 26 from 3:00 p.m - 10:00 p.m.
