Skate City Springs Returns November 20

The heart of Sandy Springs will become a winter wonderland as the second annual Skate City Springs returns to City Green from November 20 to January 20. Following a successful inaugural year welcoming more than 16,000 skaters, Skate City Springs will offer ice skating on a premium rink, with one-hour sessions for all to enjoy, no matter your skill level.

Tickets will go on sale November 8 at noon and are $18 for adults and $15 for children ages 2 to 10, which include premium skate rentals. New this year, Skate City Springs is introducing a loyalty program, where guests who purchase five skate sessions get one free. Reservations are recommended and can be made online at CitySprings.com. There are also group rates for parties of ten or more. For those who need assistance finding their footing on the ice, free Skate Helpers—blue, walker-like sliding props—are on hand to provide balance and support.

While the Zamboni treats the ice each hour, guests can relax by the sidelines or at the firepits, enjoying premium hot cocoa and snacks from the concession stand. For special souvenirs, a merchandise tent will be on-site with cozy mittens, scarves, caps, mugs, winter safety coloring books and crayons, hand warmers, and luxurious faux fur blankets for purchase.
