The City Springs campus offers 5 meeting room spaces that are perfect for small receptions, board meetings, training and informational sessions, and a host of other small events. Features include:

Terrace Meeting Room

This highly adaptable space provides a great location for all types of corporate and social events. Banquets, weddings and meetings will take advantage of the sweeping views. Features include:

4800 sq. ft. of adaptable space

Drop-down projection screens
UV and blackout window shades
Airwalls to help configure to your specifications

CityView Terrace

Adjacent to the Terrace Meeting Room, the space offers outdoor areas with breathtaking skyline views. Features include:

6500 sq. ft. of comfortable patio space
Tranquil waterfall backdrop
Outdoor speaker system for DJs, speeches, and more
Umbrellas for both tables and couches

Byers Theatre

The Byers Theatre is our primary performance space, featuring excellent sightlines and seating for 1096 on three levels, including box seats. This world-class theatre includes:

Superb acoustics
Full array of back of house support space, including the 1300 sq.-ft. Parsons Rehearsal Room
Cinema-quality 4K projector and screen

The modern, 6100 square-foot glass-enclosed Main Lobby can also function as a gallery or venue for receptions.

Studio Theatre

The Studio Theatre is a 5,000 square foot flexible space that can be configured to serve as an expansive meeting space or an exciting location for corporate meetings and catered events.

Stowable riser seating for approximately 190

The 2,730 square foot Studio Theatre Lobby provides pre-function space for the Studio Theatre. Furnished with an 11 x 20 foot video wall and a lighting grid, the Studio Theatre Lobby can also accommodate small events and receptions.

City Green

Home to City Green Live, City Green is at the heart of the City Springs campus and contains ample green space for events, meetings, or a place to relax and unwind. Surrounded by cozy porch swings and beautiful water features, this tranquil location will leave you refreshed and restored.
