Policies to Keep You Safe - COVID-19 Protocols

Stay safe to stay open!

In accordance with current guidance, masks and vaccinations are strongly encouraged. Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the Byers Theatre and we have increased housekeeping procedures to improve cleanliness. Plexi-glass guards are being utilized at concessions locations and all transactions are cashless and contact-free. Additional protocols include:

  • Masks are strongly recommended and will be distributed. We ask that masks be worn unless you are eating or drinking at your seat.
  • Temperatures will be checked.
  • Extra sanitation stations will be available.
  • Because of current COVID-19 safety protocols, refunds will be made or credits issued toward another event for anyone who so requests up to 24 hours before the performance. Please contact the Box Office at 770-206-2022. 

*If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or display symptoms of illness, we ask that you please stay home.
