Experience a unique form of relaxation that uses sound to promote balance and renewal. This session invites participants to unwind as they are immersed in the calming tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments.
The gentle sound frequencies encourage deep rest, stress reduction, and mental clarity—helping participants reset and restore both body and mind. No prior meditation experience is needed; simply relax, breathe, and allow the soundscape to guide you into a state of calm.
The practitioner for the Sound Bath series is Malinie Feeney, an experienced 500-hour yoga teacher and sound healer.
Here are some tips to fully enjoy the Sound Bath Meditation:
- Bring your personal yoga mat.
- We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to check in and set your mat.
- Doors will close at 6:10 to preserve the tranquility of the experience for everyone.
- The session lasts approximately 1 hour.
