Prague Philharmonia: Beethoven, Mozart, Dvořák

Prague Philharmonia, led by Emmanuel Villaume, is one of the most recognized orchestras in the world, and brings a program of Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Mozart, and Dvořák to the amazing acoustics of Byers Theatre.

You'll be treated to TWO concertos, Mozart's Violin Concerto No. 3 with the tenacious young Canadian violinist Blake Pouliot, and Mendelssohn's Piano Concerto No. 1 with Andrew von Oeyen, who is acclaimed for his insightful, elegant artistry. The concertos are bookended by Beethoven's Coriolan Overture and Dvořák's bright, lyrical Symphony No. 8Program is subject to change.

Students may purchase seats in Price Level 2 (purple dots) for $25! PL2 seats are located on the main floor and in the Lobby Level, valued at $80.39. No promo code is needed, but all $25 tickets will be held at Will Call, with a requirement to show Student ID. Tickets are available online, by phone, or at the Box Office. Quantities are limited. 
PLUS, all student ticket purchasers are invited to an exclusive SOUND CHECK with the orchestra in Byers Theatre from 5:30 - 6:30. Get a birds-eye view of the orchestra preparing for the concert from the Lobby Level. Free with paid Student Ticket admission! You'll receive instructions the week of January 19.
