Amy Harris is a veteran Pilates practitioner who leads community wellness programs. Her sessions are upbeat, encouraging, and focused on building strength and flexibility.

Here are some tips to fully enjoy Pilates & Prosecco: 

  • Bring your personal yoga mat. 
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and set your mat.
