Mother Son Dance

For the sixth year in a row, the City is offering families a Mother’s Day weekend event to celebrate the very special mom (or mother figure) in our younger residents’ lives. The City’s Recreation and Parks Department’s Mother-Son Dance is scheduled for Friday, May 1, from 6 - 8 p.m. in the Studio Theater at City Springs. The event will feature dancing, games, dinner, refreshments, and prizes. Each boy will also receive a souvenir photo and a goody bag.

Get ready to dance the night away with music from a live DJ featuring both moms’ and sons’ favorite tunes! Enjoy a variety of fun activities, including dance contests, musical games, and delicious dinner and refreshments. Capture the magic of the evening with a keepsake photo, and don’t miss out on a special goody bag for each boy. The dress code is semi-formal, so get ready to shine!

Ticket Information:

• $40 – Mother-Son Duo
• $10 – Each Additional Son
• Reserved Table Option – $200 (includes admission for up to 8 guests / 4 Mother-Son duos): Make the evening extra special by reserving a private table for your group! Each reserved table includes admission for up to 8 guests (4 Mother-Son duos) and guarantees your group a dedicated table for the entire evening. Please have one person purchase the reserved table on behalf of your group. You’ll be asked to provide the names of all attendees after purchase. A limited number of reserved tables are available each night, so reserve yours early. Note: Individual tickets are not needed for guests included in a reserved table purchase.

Seating Details: Most seating will be open for everyone to enjoy throughout the night, but we’ll also have a few reserved tables that seat 8 guests (4 duos) for those who prefer to stay together. All other tables will be cleared and shared throughout the event—please don’t leave personal items behind, as tables will be refreshed between guests.
