Jump Start Fitness
Beginning June 7 and running every Tuesday morning through November 15, head to the City Green for an early morning group-led workout. The hour-long workout will begin at 6 a.m.
Activities include: bodyweight, agility ladders, running, weighted medicine balls and sandbag workouts all designed to help keep you in shape!
