City Springs will make New Year’s resolutions easy to keep

TURN Indoor Cycling + Strength’s owner Ashley Francis will introduce the new boutique cycling and fitness studio at City Springs. The 3,200-square foot space will feature two training studios geared toward providing clients a total-body workout. TURN will offer a range of diverse fitness classes to provide a dynamic workout for everyone from the avid athlete to the inner dancer. In the cycling studio, guests can look forward to both rhythm and performance rides, as well as specialty rides like “Doubleshots,” which incorporates a full-body, cardio-meets-strength training routine, and “Ride 101” for the new cycler. Committed to community involvement, TURN will routinely host “Ride for Change” donation-based classes with 100 percent of proceeds going to a designated local charity. The first one is Saturday, January 20, 2018, and you can reserve your spot at .

“I am excited to bring TURN to Sandy Springs and offer a variety of different types of indoor cycling classes as well as strength and conditioning classes in our unique upstairs studio,” says Francis.  “TURN will be a place where community is built upon a fun and rewarding culture. Our motto of #staygold will allow clients to be empowered by the TURN team while staying true to themselves. We designed the studio with the client in mind and we cannot wait for all to experience it.”

SculptHouse, voted Best of Atlanta and showcased as one of the nation’s Top 10 Most Innovative Fitness Boutiques, will open its second metro location at City Springs.  SculptHouse is the only studio that combines the uber-trendy Lagree Megaformer with the Woodway Curve (an NFL-approved human-powered treadmill) for a core-sculpting, low-impact workout. Designed for all fitness levels and abilities, the Lagree Method combines low-impact strength training with high-intensity cardio on patented equipment called M3 Megaformers. The Sandy Springs location will offer both Cardio and classic Megaformer sessions—either way, you’ll be leaving with trembling abs and limbs.

The upscale, industrial-luxe design is carved out of imagination and a landscape for the senses. The 3,200-square foot studio embraces form and beauty, and every detail fuses the pulse of the Sandy Springs fitness scene with the soul of the local culture. SculptHouse Sandy Springs also features a small private studio for one-on-one training, keyless lockers, fully-stocked bathrooms with endless grooming products, a private shower and blow dry bar. The retail boutique sells the hottest activewear and natural post-gym beauty essentials, so you can get your fitness and fashion taken care of in one chic locale.

“City Springs is intended as a location where our residents can live, work and play, and these fitness-centric retailers will also help us promote a healthy lifestyle within our city,” added Sandy Springs Mayor Rusty Paul.

SculptHouse and TURN are the first tenant announcements for Selig Enterprises and Carter, the City’s partners in the Aston City Springs, which includes 294 residences and 29,000-square feet of retail.
