The City of Sandy Springs today announced it has entered into a partnership with Paciolan of Irvine, Ca. to provide ticketing and marketing automation services for the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center at City Springs. The complex includes the 1,070-seat Byers Theatre and Studio Theatre, as well as a programmable City Green and additional performance spaces. City Springs is set to open for performances in September 2018. Paciolan is a leader in ticketing, fundraising, marketing, and analytics solutions with more than 37 years of experience, serving more than 500 live entertainment organizations, including 75 performing arts venues.
“It was important that we work with a ticketing partner with a strong performance reputation, as well as the flexibility to meet our needs as we launch and grow in our performance spaces. We look forward to working with Paciolan in bringing a multitude of arts and entertainment opportunities to the metro Atlanta region,” said Michael Enoch, general manager of the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center.
Paciolan’s all-in-one online ticketing and fundraising system will enable Sandy Springs to sell tickets and process donations in real-time efficiently. An eCommerce website will provide arts and entertainment fans and donors with online services including account management, the ability to pick their seats, print-at-home and mobile ticketing, and a user-friendly website for patrons to manage their accounts and tickets.
The City will also utilize Paciolan’s Marketing Automation tool, providing a personalized communication experience for fans through customized, triggered messaging campaigns and personalized URLs with tailored content to elevate the user experience. The platform integrates ticketing data, online browsing behavior and consumer response, with sales and marketing campaigns to provide greater insight into the organization’s customer base and allow for segmented and customized communications.
“We are excited about the opportunity to partner with the innovative City of Sandy Springs to open a new, fantastic facility to serve as an integral part of this burgeoning community,” said Kim Damron, President and Chief Operating Officer of Paciolan. “Paciolan will help the City accomplish its mission to provide an excellent experience for its arts patrons. We look forward to a long and prosperous partnership.”
